Ever since I started commuting to work, I find I have less time to spend in the kitchen. I have been looking for ways to make great tasting dishes with little or no effort.
Commuting can be a drag and I will be the first one to admit how much I dislike it, but I have been enjoying listening to my music super loud with the windows rolled down and singing out loud at the top of my lungs. It definitely make the time go faster. I just wish I didn’t have to waste so much of my day on the road.
The fact that I am not home earlier than I would like, I am learning to be creative in the kitchen with less time on my hands.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
Marlene
